NaTyshca is a journalist with close to 16 years experience. She is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Arizona Coffea Magazine, the first Black women-run magazine in Arizona that promotes the Black community and changes the narrative of how the Black community is seen in the media. She is also the Founder and CEO of Coffea Flair Fashion. A platform that showcases Black contributors to fashion.

NaTyshca is a Senior Editor and Producer with YR Media. Here, she works with the next generation of journalists, storytellers, and content creators on a platform that gives them a voice for their generation.

She is a board member with the Arizona Association of Black Journalists, a member of the National Association of Black Journalists, and a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated.

She published a children’s book about her son’s journey with hearing loss titled “My Happy Ears.” NaTyshca is also an advocate for parents of children with special needs and created Advocacy Heroes to provide resources to parents.

She loves to read, bake, and take family vacations during her free time. NaTyshca resides in Arizona with her husband and their two sons.
